Bangladesh Occupational Safety, Health and Environment Foundation (OSHE) a specialized national level labour rights NGO inviting application from the qualified interested candidates for the position of “Programme Manager” of its one of a project at informal sector in Dhaka City . Female specially encouraged to apply for the position.
Salary range: Tk. 30,000 – Tk. 40,000 (depends on knowledge and skills).
Applicant must be well motivated, hard working and willingness to work with home based workers (mostly female home-based workers living at slum areas of Dhaka City).

Essential qualifications are as follows::
- Ability to implement the designed activities of the pilot phase on timeframe in order to achieve goals of the project.
- Ability to organize meetings, workshops and seminars independently for the target group .
- Ability to conduct policy and advocacy and events involving the local authority on rights of the Home based workers
- Ability to develop materials and curriculum for the training programme .
- Capacity to prepare quality analytical reports, fact sheets and awareness raising materials .
- Ability to interact electronically with the different stakeholders .
- Capacity to organize the homebased workers under the form of Membership based organisation (MBO), prepare monthly project activity report, filed monitoring and evaluation report.
- Good speaking, reading and writing command on English and computer operating skills.
- Ability mentain professional confidentiality, organizational discipline and loyalty to the employing organanisation
- Professional commitment and at least five years working experience in development sector
